At Casa Olé, we strive to develop great relationships with our local communities. If you are a local school, business or organization looking to find a creative way to partner with us, please contact your local store and ask to speak to a manager to set up a fundraiser.
- Your fundraising event can be held Mondays through Thursdays, and Sundays at participating locations. (Days may vary by store.)
- A promotional flyer will be created for your organization to distribute. You are responsible for printing and distributing the flyer. You can promote your event by emailing the flyer to friends, family and members of your organization. We do not allow onsite flyer distribution on or before the date of the event.
- A check for 15% of the total, pre-tax sales from all receipts collected with the event’s flyer will be given to your organization.
- If desired, we can publish on our social media channels so you can forward to your friends and family. Please let us know if you are interested in taking advantage of this offer.
When confirming a fundraiser, we need the following items:
- Contact Name
- Mailing Address
- Contact Number
- Signed Federal W-9
Checks will be made out to the name on the W-9, and sent to the address on the W-9. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your check to be processed. Thank you for your interest in Casa Olé. We look forward to supporting your organization.
